UGC Ads & Whitelisting
Whitelisting is running a paid ad from the creator's own handle instead of the brand's account — so the ad feels native instead of sponsored. UGC Company builds the ad content and arranges the access, with usage rights agreed in writing before anyone films.

What whitelisting actually is
New to UGC itself? Start with What Is UGC? — then this guide. A whitelisted ad is a creator's own post, promoted as a paid ad with the creator's permission: the creator authorises the brand to run it, and the ad reaches people from the creator's handle, in the creator's voice. The format is the same short-form video people already stop scrolling for — scripted, shot and edited for TikTok, Reels and Shorts — but its sender is a person the viewer trusts, not a brand account. That is the whole difference, and it is why UGC Ads & Whitelisting is a service of its own, not an add-on to a video order.
Why brands whitelist UGC
- Native, not sponsored. The ad arrives as the creator's content, so viewers receive it as a recommendation instead of judging it as an ad.
- Several openings per concept. Ad-first hooks: several openings are filmed per concept, so the strongest one can be found by testing instead of guessed.
- Winners get re-cut, not repeated. Winning concepts are re-cut into fresh variants, so a working ad stays fresh instead of wearing out in front of the same audience.
- Written for paid placements. Captions, text overlays and CTAs are written for paid placements, and edits and raw files are handed over for your media team.
- Dialect-matched. Creators are matched to the audience's dialect — Egyptian, Saudi and Gulf — and to the market: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf.
How it works with UGC Company
- Brief. Tell us the product, the market and the goal — through the brief form, the booking page or WhatsApp.
- Creator match. We shortlist verified creators who fit your product and dialect. You approve the list.
- Content made. Creators film ad-first UGC, we review every video against the brief, and you get clean, ready-to-post files.
- Access arranged. Whitelisting / Spark access is arranged through the creator's own handle, with usage rights agreed in writing first.
- Run it, then re-cut the winners. The ad runs from the creator's handle; winning concepts are re-cut into fresh variants for the next round.
Usage rights, agreed in writing
Usage rights for organic and paid use are agreed up front, so the content you pay for stays yours to run. That matters twice over for whitelisted ads: the brand needs the right to run the video as a paid ad, and the creator's permission to run it from their handle — both are settled in writing before filming, never assumed afterwards. Creators in the network have produced UGC for brands including Riyadh Season, Saudi Tourism Authority, flynas, Saudia, realme, Domino's, TikTok Live and Zanussi.
